About These Terms
By accessing the winfast platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to all the terms set out below. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users located in Bangladesh. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. winfast reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration & Security
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on winfast. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@winfast.pro. We strongly recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the winfast platform, you must comply with the following rules:
- Any attempt to compromise or interfere with the platform's systems or security measures is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or collect their personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, manipulation, or any dishonest practices on the platform are strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members is strictly prohibited.
- Platform content or data may not be distributed to third parties without prior authorization.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All financial transactions on the winfast platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the platform.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted without verification will not be accepted. Withdrawals related to bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated alongside each bonus offer. If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, winfast reserves the right to place a hold on that transaction pending the outcome of an investigation.
Important Payment Guidelines
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not permitted.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–72 hours.
- A record of all transactions can be found in the transaction history section of your account.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Winfast reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or legal reasons. In the event of account closure, winfast will consider refunding any legitimate balance remaining, though this does not apply in cases of fraud.
Winfast shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service issues. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Users are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with their gaming activity.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All logos, brand names, graphics, software, game content, and other materials used on the winfast platform are the intellectual property of winfast or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any such content beyond personal use.
The winfast platform may include services provided by third-party game suppliers. Such services may be subject to those providers' own terms and conditions. winfast makes no guarantees regarding the quality or availability of third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their operations.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Winfast reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
